I want to share a story of one of our business leaders circle participants Elizabeth..

I met her for the first time as a judge for an accelerator program by addosser microfinance bank. When she walked into the room, I looked at her trying to read her body language…. She seemed quiet yet somewhat confident and aloof. .

When she made her presentation of where she wanted her business to go, the bells in my heart went off! I said to my self; this is someone who knows what she wants. She might not know how to get there, but she sure knows what she wants. I gave her a few pointers and went on to access other candidates.  .

When the business leaders circle program opened in December and she joined, I was quite excited to work closely with her because I wanted to see how far we could go with achieving those goals she had set..

Suffice to say; 6 months later, she has not only achieved alot of her goals, she has had to expand her vision so can play bigger now that she has seen what is possible!.
